EC Stream had to ensure the business entered the market with an appealing proposition that allowed Mamma Cri to jump-start bookings and therefore sales. To do this, we utilised a traditional approach, by using visual assets across several local businesses, which pet owners frequented and offered initial "meet & greet" to well-known individuals in the area. Alongside this, we started a social media channel, where we promoted the latest pets that had joined the Mamma Cri family and also joined a number of directories to offer the services to professionals working in Canary Wharf.
